Stirling Engine Construction Project

We are currently building a new engine in our shop.  As we make progress, we are going to post some pictures here that will

show our progress and some interesting details of the engine.  Everyone is welcome to look these pages over, but please

remember that this information is protected by copyright, and some parts of the engine are patent-pending.  Please contact us for any

details on these points.

 

Part 1:    We get some parts from the machine shop.

 

Here you can see the two pistons, and the cylinders they fit into.  Also shown in the foreground are the two wrist pins and the

crankshaft and pillow blocks.  Nothing is mounted yet, but these parts will all fit on top of the cylinder mounting plate, which

is shown in the background.
